What to expect:
When setting up appointment please be prepared to pay a deposit for your service. Depending on service it will be between $15.00-$25.00. 🚨YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE SECURED UNTILL DEPOSIT IS MADE 🚨. If you are a new client full balance will be due at the point of setting up service. Deposit and full payment will not and cannot be refunded unless discussed with Monday otherwise. I would need contact that works best for you at the point of setting up app. All appointments are set first come first served. So for any reason you are not able to make deposit or payment at the time of your appointment, the first to secure a spot with deposit or payment will take the spot. No exceptions!
Time expected:
You are expected to be on time for your appointment time. But life happens and we are human. 🚨You will have 15 minutes from the time of your appointment to arrive. I will allow an additional 15 mins with a charge of an additional $15.00🚨. Reason being you could be effecting someone else appointment or my time. The additional 15 minutes has to be approved from Monday Hale and sent at the time of the request. If you do not send request before 15 minutes are out. Request will be denied. 🚨If you fail to make the additional 15 minutes the additional $15.00 will not be refunded unless spoken with Monday Hale and she approves otherwise.
🚨CANCELATION POLICY🚨
Appointments can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment we will need a 24 hour advance. Your deposit nor full payment will not be returned. You have an option to reschedule up to 30 days for just a deposit and 45 days for full payments. Appointments will be rescheduled depending on availability.
Traveling fee- there will be a $100-250 traveling fee for any travel service that has to be paid at the time of scheduling appointment.
